This refund policy applies to all private tarot reading sessions booked through Toutouba Consulting.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Each session is designed to provide deep insight, clarity and meaningful perspective.
If, after your session, you genuinely feel that the experience did not bring you any value or clarity, you may request a refund under the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To maintain the quality and integrity of the service, refund requests must meet the following conditions:

The request must be made within 24 hours after the session

The session must have been fully attended

The request must include a brief explanation of your experience
Refunds are intended for situations where the client feels that the session did not provide meaningful insight.
3. Intention and Respect of the Service
This guarantee is based on trust and mutual respect.
Toutouba Consulting reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

misuse of the service

abusive or repetitive refund requests

lack of participation during the session
4. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Requests made less than 48 hours before the session may not be accepted.
5. Missed Sessions
Missed sessions are non-refundable.
6. Event Services
Event bookings are subject to separate agreements, including deposit requirements.
This policy reflects the level of care, depth and commitment dedicated to each session.
