📜 Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations between the business and its clients regarding coaching and personal development services, including the offer "The Lamp & The Genius", which combines strategic support and coaching.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are made exclusively via the official website.

• Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking.

• No banking information is stored on the website.

• Full payment must be completed before the session begins.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• If cancelled within this timeframe, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• Any delay exceeding 15 minutes will result in cancellation without refund or rescheduling

4. Commitments and Confidentiality

• The coach commits to full confidentiality and to providing a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

• All video recordings of sessions are deleted after being sent to the client.

• Recordings are made only with the client’s prior consent. If consent is not given, no recording will be made or shared.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The services offered do not replace medical, psychological, or legal consultation.

• If a need related to those areas is identified, the client will be referred to an appropriate professional.

• Client satisfaction is based on the service description. Dissatisfaction based on subjective perception does not qualify for a refund.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by both French and Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will fall under the Commercial Court of Paris (France) and the Commercial Court of Alicante (Spain).
