No refunds are granted after booking and payment of the session.

If the session is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, it can be rescheduled at no additional cost — but no refund will be issued.

Any no-show or delay exceeding 15 minutes will be considered a cancellation without the possibility of refund or rescheduling.
